Come and discover the underwater paradise at Shellharbour's Bushranger's Bay Marine Aquatic Reserve, a scuba diver's haven located at Bass Point Reserve just south of Shellharbour Village.
The reef is temperate and is made up of soft coral sponges. Not far from the bay the Gravel Loader boasts a range of marine life including octopuses, blue groper, puffer fish and sea dragons.
If your not up to scuba diving try snorkeling at Bushranger's Bay its a protected cove where the water is crystal clear and a large variety of marine life can be seen.
For Scuba diving or snorkeling there a plenty of accredited dive shops that can help you explore the reefs at Bass Point and the surrounding area.
