Frangipani has 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 2 sofa double beds), ensuite, bathroom, modern well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and open plan living/dining area. The furnishings are ultra modern and very tasteful.
There is a large rear entertainment area with barbecue facilities and an 8 setting dining table with umbrella for outdoor dining. The front verandah is very spacious with harbour views to the east. The apartment has a security intercom system, lock-up garage and off street parking at the rear of the complex for security & convenience. There's a tranquil water feature and beautiful garden in the centre courtyard that can be observed from the rear verandah.
